What you are actually paying for
The rate covers a room held for ninety minutes even when your treatment runs sixty, a therapist who sees no more than five guests a day, and formulations bought in small batches from named growers. It also covers the time before and after: the consultation, the tea, and the twenty minutes nobody will ask you to leave the quiet room.
There is no service charge, no product pressure at the desk, and no peak-hour premium on evenings or weekends.
Billing questions
Single sessions are settled at the desk after your treatment. Courses are charged in full on the first visit, and memberships on the same date each month.
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 90 days per year directly from your account settings. Your billing and benefits will automatically freeze until your chosen resume date.
If you cancel after your billing date, your service will remain active through the end of the current cycle. We don't offer partial refunds, but you won't be charged again.
No, our gift cards never expire and carry no inactivity fees. You can redeem your remaining balance online or in-store at any time.
Tipping is completely optional, but always appreciated by our team. If you'd like to leave a tip, you can add it during checkout or directly in cash.
