How We Tackled It
Lumina's data science team analyzed 6 years of claims data (4.2M records) and built a
graph-based anomaly detection model that maps relationships between claimants, providers, and adjusters. We identified 47 new fraud patterns invisible to the legacy rules
engine.

The Risk Intelligence Dashboard combines graph analytics, behavioral scoring, and real-
time network analysis into a unified investigator interface. Claims are scored in under
200ms, with high-risk cases automatically routed to specialized investigators with a pre-
populated evidence package.
