Meridian arrived at an inflection point: strong assets, a tired operating model, and a board divided on which way to move. We were asked to bring clarity — fast.

Over sixteen weeks we rebuilt the investment thesis from first principles, pressure- tested it against four market scenarios, and reshaped the operating structure around the two lines of business that could actually compound. The hardest work was the discipline to stop everything else.

The result was a unified board, a leaner cost base, and a growth plan the leadership team owned rather than tolerated — with the first measurable gains landing inside two quarters.
