Our Story

Clara and Julian met while working in opposite worlds — she, a creative director at a luxury fashion house in Paris; he, a hospitality director at one of New York's most celebrated boutique hotels. Their friendship, and eventual partnership, was forged over a shared obsession: the belief that the most meaningful experiences are those that feel both exquisitely designed and deeply human.

Vow & Vine was born from that belief. Founded in 2018, we have since had the privilege of curating celebrations across three continents, from intimate elopements on the Amalfi Coast to grand celebrations in the Hudson Valley. Each event is approached with the same devotion: to honor the unique narrative of the couple we serve.

Every element we choose has a reason. We reject the generic in favor of the considered, ensuring your celebration feels authored, not assembled.

Behind every editorial aesthetic is a human heart. We approach our work with genuine care for the people at the center of it — you, your family, your guests.

We are a deliberately small studio. We believe that intimacy of team translates directly to intimacy of experience. When you work with Vow & Vine, you work with Clara and Julian directly — not a junior coordinator assigned to your file.

We are supported by a trusted network of the finest photographers, florists, caterers, and artisans — all of whom share our commitment to craft and our disdain for the ordinary.
