About NovaHost

Infrastructure people stop thinking about.

We build hosting that gets out of the way, so teams can spend their attention on the product instead of the platform.

Our story

NovaHost started in a shared office in 2018, after our founders spent a year running a busy commerce site on hardware that kept letting them down. The pattern was always the same: traffic arrived, the database queued, and the postmortem blamed something nobody could see.

So the first version of the platform was built to answer one question honestly — what is the server doing right now. Everything since has followed from that. NVMe storage because disks were the bottleneck. Regional edges because distance is latency. Plain uptime numbers because averages hide outages.

Today a team of 64 runs the platform across nine regions for more than 20,000 businesses. We still publish every incident, and we still answer support tickets ourselves.

How we got here

2018

Two founders, one rented rack in Amsterdam, and a control panel built for their own sites.

2020

Moved every plan to NVMe storage and published our first public uptime page.

2022

Opened Singapore and São Paulo, taking the network to six regions and 24-hour coverage.

2024

Passed 20,000 customers and completed SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits.

2026

Nine regions, 64 people, and a 99.99% uptime SLA on every plan we sell.

How we work

01

Say the real number

Every incident, every minute of downtime and every benchmark is published, including the ones that make us look slow.

02

Fewer moving parts

We would rather ship one setting that works than five that need a guide, so the dashboard stays small on purpose.

03

Engineers on support

The people who build the platform also answer for it, which is why tickets come back with logs attached.
