What We
Stand For

Ingredients come from farms an hour away or less, and our head chef cooks them the way her family always has: patiently, with little fuss and a lot of flavor.

Meet the Chef

Marta Quinn

Founder & Head Chef

“I cook the food I grew up around: slow, generous and made to be shared.”

Marta opened Rustic Ladle in 2012 and still runs the pass most evenings. She works with a handful of Oregon growers and changes the menu with every season.
