Jawline
Definition Study

Patient

R.S., 44

Discipline

Injectables

Duration

6 months

Restoring a defined lower face after gradual volume loss, using structure rather than fullness to do the work.

Woman in profile touching her jawline

01

The challenge

The patient described her jaw as having softened into her neck over five years. Examination showed modest jowling, a loss of bone support at the angle of the jaw, and a strong masseter pulling the lower face wider than the upper.

She had seen heavily contoured jawlines online and was clear she did not want one. Her priority was to look rested in profile, not sculpted from the front. That meant working on the angle and the chin before touching the jowl at all.

02

The approach

We built the frame before we lifted. Three sessions across six months, each assessed
in profile and at rest, never only from the front.

1

Relax

Neuromodulator to the masseter to narrow the lower face and ease habitual clenching.

2

Anchor

High-density filler placed on bone at the jaw angle and chin to rebuild lost support.

3

Balance

A light pre-jowl correction at month five, once the new structure had fully settled.

03

The result

Measured against profile imaging at month six, the jawline reads clearly
again from ear to chin, while width at the masseter has narrowed.
No top-up has been needed.
