/ BILLING QUESTIONS
Before you sign
A seat is any human who logs into a device or system we manage. Service accounts, printers and shared kiosks are not billed. We reconcile monthly from your directory, so headcount changes are reflected the following cycle.
Twelve months on Essential and Managed, with a 60-day exit clause at any point after month three. Enterprise agreements are typically 24 or 36 months in exchange for a fixed rate card.
Third-party licences, hardware and cloud consumption are passed through at cost with the invoice attached. Project work beyond the included hours is quoted in advance and never started without written approval.
Upgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle with no penalty. Downgrades require 30 days notice so we can hand back the workstreams cleanly rather than dropping them.
No. The discovery audit and stabilisation phase are included in the first three months of the standard fee. If we find remediation work that needs specialist hardware, that is quoted separately.
