You talk, we listen and ask a few questions. By the end you will have an honest view of whether home care is the right step.
STEP 02
A visit at home
A coordinator comes to you, meets your parent, walks the house and writes the care plan with you both. No charge for this.
STEP 03
Meet your team
You are introduced to the two or three caregivers who will actually come. Care usually begins within three days.
