About payment and cover.
We are an out-of-network practice, which keeps your notes private. We issue a monthly superbill you can submit for reimbursement, and most plans return 40–70% of the fee.
Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days per calendar year. Your unused days are saved, and automatic billing resumes once the pause period ends.
You can cancel anytime directly from your account settings. You will retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle, with no refund for remaining days.
Yes. When you choose an annual plan, your rate is locked for the entire 12-month period. Any future price adjustments will only apply when your plan renews.
